Re: Why to prepare for IES exam? What to do to prepare for this exam?
Hello,
The IES or Indian Engineering Services exam is conducted by the UPSC every year for the recruitment of engineering graduates to different Govt engineering services. As the seats are limited the competition is quite tough to crack the exam. Four branches of engineering are eligible to apply for this exam namely: Civil, Electrical, Electronics and mechanical. Take at least 6 months of preparation time for this exam before you apply for it. Keep your eyes on the notification of the exam in newspapers or employment magazines. You can also regularly visit the official UPSC site: www.upsc.gov.in All the best!!! |
