Will I be awarded marks for correct steps in Mathematics Board exam of 10th standard?

Sir, I am studying in 10th standard and I will give my Board exam next year. I just want to know in the Board exam will I be awarded marks if I used correct steps but I used a wrong digit in my working?

Yes, there is provision of awarding step marking while evaluation of Mathematics answersheet in board examination but it is provided only if there is some calculation mistake or wrong approach used after a certain point in a answer.

Using wrong data/digit from starting will not fetch you any step marking even if your approach is right as wrong data will mean that your very first step is wrong and hence no option of step marking will be available in this case.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
