Will I get admission in B.Tech having 2 years of gap between 10th and Diploma?
Am I eligible to pursue B.Tech degree course as I have 2 years of gap between my 10th Board exams and my Diploma course? So, will I get admission in B.Tech in any engineering colleges and will I get direct 2nd year admission through lateral entry scheme as I have 2 years gap?

You can apply for Lateral Entry Entrance Test for admission in 2nd year of Bachelor's degree in technology. The minimum academic qualification required to apply for LEET exam is diploma in engineering from a recognized institute.
The minimum percentage of marks required in diploma is 60% marks. You need to clear LEET exam with good rank to get admission in good engineering colleges. |

You will get admission in Bachelor of Technology course after two years of duration between 10th and diploma in engineering.
Diploma candidates need to apply for Lateral Entry Entrance Test. LEET examination is conducted by state technical universities for admission in 2nd year of technology. Depending upon your rank in LEET exam, you will get stream as well as college of engineering. |
