** MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.

** The duration of this course is five and half years.

** No you are not eligible to get admission in good govt college after scoring 450 score in NET UG entrance exam.

** My suggestion to you is that you can apply fro admission in private college which accept your score.
