Will St. Xavier's Collegiate, Kolkata start Kindergarten from 2020 academic session?

Generally, St.Xavier's, Park Street, Kolkata takes admission from 1st standard. However, I've heard that from the next session i.e., 2020-2021, it is also going to start a Kindergarten section as well. Is this a true news? What is the probability? Please help with definite answers.
