Without graduation can i do PG? Or say it like this Without UG, PG is possible? on the basis of money.

Although, UG degree is important to study postgraduate course.
But still all doors are not closed yet.
If you have 5 years experience in a relevant field , or other qualifications that are deemed equivalent to a bachelor's degree ,you could be eligible to study at postgraduate level without an UG degree. Additionally if you have extensive professional experience of over 7 years then also its possible.
But in India most of the Universities grant admission on the basis of UG program.
