Which year to put as my "year of passing" in SSCAR form?
I am confused with filling up my application form for ssc ar they have asked my "year of passing" college. But the problem is that i have completed my honours exam on 2019 so in my provisional paas certificate the year 2019 is given but i have cleared the backlog in the year 2020. So which year to put as my "year of passing"? Please help

Without clearing the backlog you won't be able to receive any form of degree, it is given once you have completed the whole course so I your degree it should hve been mentioned 2020 as you have completely cleared the exam and achieved degree in 2020
