Hello Sir, I am a Medical (MBBS) student and currently in my 4th year. I want to join the Indian Army as a Soldier but I am unsure of the age eligibility. I am physically fit within requirements.

Yes, you are certainly eligible to join Indian Army as a Soldier post in Indian Army. The basic educational qualification required to be eligible for this recruitment is as follows.

>> You must have done SSLC/ Matriculation with minimum 45% marks from a recognized board. Or else there is no certain percentage criteria if you are applying on the basis of 12th Class.

>> In general, the minimum percentage required in 12th Class is with minimum 50% marks with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects.
