Hello Sir/Madam, I am an SC candidate and I want to apply in Banaras Hindu University Assistant Civil Engineer recruitment of this year. Can I know about the age relaxation which I get as I belongs to SC reservation?

Normally, SC/ST category candidates can avail 5 years of age relaxation in government jobs sector. You just need to make sure that your caste is listed in the document released by the government for reservation categories.

If your caste is there in the list, then you can get the certificate on a prescribed format and avail relaxation as well as reservation.
