Respected Sir/Madam, I have done ITI in Mechanics Trade. Now I want to apply for SAIL Attendant-cum-Technician recruitment. So, I would like to know that can I apply for this post under this recruitment? Kindly let me know about the post asap.

You are not eligible to apply for SAIL Attendant-cum-Technician recruitment being an ITI Mechanics Trade holder. Candidates who have passed ITI (in regular mode) in Fitter/ Electrician/ Turner/ Welder/ Machinist (CNC) trades from any recognised Institute are eligible to apply for Attendant-cum-Technician recruitment in SAIL.

The eligibility criteria for this is Candidate must have passed class 10th and 3 years full time Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical /Metallurgy/Electrical/Instrumentation/Chemical /Civil/Ceramics disciplines from a Govt. recognized Institute with minimum 50% marks. Candidate maximum age limit is 28 years.

So, yes you can apply for this post being an ITI Mechanics Trade Holder.

Candidate must have passed class 10th and 3 years full time Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical /Metallurgy/Electrical/Instrumentation/Chemical /Civil/Ceramics disciplines from a Govt. recognized Institute with minimum 50% marks.

Candidate upper age limit is 28 years. Relaxation are applicable for reserved category.
