Please tell me about all government jobs available for B.E.(E&TC) graudate? And also tell me I can apply for job in UPSC also?

Yes, you can apply for the various entrance examinations conducted by the Union Public Service Commission after completing bachelor's degree in electronics and telecommunication engineering.

You can apply for given below UPSC entrance exams:

1. Civil Services examinations.

2. Combined Defense Services.

3. Indian Forest Services exam.

4. Central Police Force exam.

Other than UPSC exams, you are eligible for government job entrance exams:

1. Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate level exam.

2. Intelligence Bureau ACIO exam.

3. Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited JTO exam.

4. Airport Authority entrance exam.

5. GATE for jobs in PSUs.

UPSC - Union Public Service Commission

The UPSC exam conducts various exams for various posts and having completed B.E (E&TC) there are certain posts which you can apply being a graduate such as applying for Civil Services, Defence Services, Engineering services.

The eligibility needed for the Civil services are:

# Candidate should have a citizenship in India

# Age limit needed is 21-30 years for general category and for OBC it is 21-33 years, in the case of SC/ST it is 21-35 years.

# Educational qualification needed is degree from a recognized university in any stream.

If you satisfy them all then you can apply for Civil services.


For applying for Defence services such as CDS the eligibility needed are:

# You should have a citizenship in India

# Age limit needed for IMA is 19-24 years and for Indian navy it is 19-22 years, for IAF it is 19-23 years and for OTA it is 19-25 years.

# Regarding the educational qualification, candidate need to have completed a degree in any stream for joining in IMA and OTA.

# Candidate who have completed an Engineering degree is eligible for applying for Indian navy.

# For joining in Indian Air Force candidate need to have completed a degree with physics and mathematics as subject.
