As per age criteria, you are eligible for SSB exam. But flat foot candidates are not eligible for SSB recruitment.

If you can solve your flat foot problem then you are eligible for SSB exam.

So better you can apply for state police jobs.

Generally, flat foot is not allowed for defence jobs but you have to attend SSB if you are given chance. Eyesight if correctable to 6/6 then you will pass the medical test.

During medical test you will come to know whether you are flay foot or not. Normally, those who have difficulty in running or walking are considered flat foot. If you don't have any such problem then you might get the nod.
