I am planning to apply for Ship Draftsman Trainee recruitment of Cochin Shipyard. I don’t know about the eligibility criteria. Can any of you kindly let me know about the eligibility criteria?

Eligibility to apply for Cochin Shipyard Ship Draftsman Trainee recruitment 2021 is given below.

Candidate must have completed Diploma in Electrical engineering with minimum aggregate of 60%.

Candidate must have minimum experience of 2 years in relevant field.

Candidate age should be less than 35 years as on 6.1.2021.

Last date to apply for this recruitment is 6.1.2021.

The candidate must hold diploma in Electrical Engineering / mechanical engineering.

Selection will be done through Phase 1 and Phase 2.

Phase 1- Objective Type online Test

Phase 2 - Practical Test in AutoCAD.

Cochin Shipyard requires B.E, Diploma in Engineering candidates to apply for their Ship Draftsman Trainee notification 2021.

Age limit:-

The maximum age limit is 25 years.

The upper age is relaxable by 10 years for persons with Benchmark Disability ( PwBD).

The upper age relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

The upper age relaxable by 3 years for OBC candidates.
