Hello friends, please provide me the details of eligibility criteria for Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam recruitment for the post of Assistant Engineer. I want to apply in this recruitment. It would be grateful if you let me know about the eligibility criteria.

Candidates who have completed their B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech from a recognized college/university with minimum 60% marks. For SC/ST, PWD candidates the marks will be relaxed by 5%. The age of the candidate should be in between 20 years to 42 years and age relaxation will be applicable as per government norms.

Assistant Engineer (Electrical Crade):

** Electrical Discipline: Candidate must have full time Bachelor/Master of Engineering Degree or equivalent Degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

** Mechanical Discipline: Candidate must have full-time Bachelor/ Master of Engineering Degree or equivalent Degree from a University duly recognized by Central Government or a State Government with a minimum 60% marks in respect of General category/other category candidates.

Assistant Engineer (Civil Crade):

** Civil Discipline: Candidate must have full-time Bachelor/ Master Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Degree from a University duly recognized by Central Government or a State Government with a minimum 60% marks in respect of General category/other category candidates.

Candidate upper age limit to apply for this recruitment is 42 years. Upper age relaxation are available for reserved category candidates.
