Respected Sir/Madam, I came to know that National Housing Bank has announced the recruitment for Specialist Officer. I have a MBA Degree. Can I be eligible to apply in this recruitment? Please help me to know about this. Waiting for your response!

Eligibility criteria to apply for National Housing Bank Specialist Officer recruitment is:

1. DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (CHIEF RISK OFFICER):

Educational Qualification: Graduate degree with -

i) Professional certification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).

OR

ii) Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute.

Experience: Five years’ experience.

Age Limit: Minimum 35 years and maximum 62 years as on 01/08/2020.

2. ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (ECONOMY AND STRATEGY):

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate degree in Economics.

Experience: Three years’ experience.

Age Limit: Minimum 32 years and maximum 50 years as on 01/08/2020.

3. ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (MIS)):

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate degree in Statistics OR Post Graduate degree/ diploma in Operation Research.

Experience: Three years’ experience.

Age Limit: Minimum 32 years and maximum 50 years as on 01/08/2020.

4. ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (HUMAN RESOURCES):

Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Personnel Management/ IRPM/ LLPM OR Graduate with MBA (HR)

OR

Graduate with PG Diploma in HR/ Personnel Management or equivalent.

Experience: Three years’ experience.

Age Limit: Minimum 32 years and maximum 50 years as on 01/08/2020.

5. REGIONAL MANAGER (RISK MANAGEMENT):

Educational Qualification: Graduate degree, with -

i) professional qualification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals.

OR

ii) Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute.

Experience: Two years’ experience.

Age Limit: Minimum 30 years and maximum 45 years as on 01/08/2020.

6. MANAGER (CREDIT AUDIT):

Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost & Management Accountant (CMA/ CWA)/ CFA or Graduate with MBA (Finance).

Experience: Two years’ experience.

Age Limit: Minimum 23 years and maximum 35 years as on 01/08/2020.

7. MANAGER (LEGAL);

Educational Qualification: LLB.

Experience: Two years’ experience.

Age Limit: Minimum 23 years and maximum 35 years as on 01/08/2020.

8. MANAGER (ECONOMY & STRATEGY):

Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Economics.

Experience: Two years’ experience.

Age Limit: Minimum 23 years and maximum 35 years as on 01/08/2020.

9. MANAGER (MIS):

Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Statistics.

Experience: Two years’ experience.

Age Limit: Minimum 23 years and maximum 35 years as on 01/08/2020.

RM (Risk Management) : Graduate degree, with professional qualification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals, or Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute. 3 years of experience
