Hello friends, can any of you let me know about the exemption which is available in Odisha Civil Services Examination 2021 for SC/ST/OBC candidates? I belong to a ST category and I want to know about the exemptions available for me. Please tell me asap. Thank you!

Exemptions available in Odisha Civil Services Examination 2021 for SC/ST/OBC candidates is given below.

As general candidate your age should be in between 21 to 32 years.

Being reserved category candidate your age can be below 37 years old.

Here you will get upper age relaxation of 5 years.

Exemptions in upper age limit available in Odisha Civil Services Examination 2021 for SC/ST/OBC candidates are as mentioned below:-
For SC/ ST/ SEBC/ Women/ Ex-Servicemen - 05 years
For PWDs whose permanent disability is 40% or more - 10 years

Age limit -
Minimum age limit - 21 years
Maximum age limit - 32 years

Yes, there is relaxation available in upper age limit for candidate who belongs to reserved category.

The upper age limit for ST candidates is 37 years.

There is also reserved seats for ST category.

The exemptions available in Odisha Civil Services Examination 2021 for SC/ST/OBC candidates is given below:-

1)Age Limit:- The maximum age to appear in the examination is 32 years. However, you will get age relaxation of 5 years.

2)The cost of application is Rs.500. However, you are exempted from the payment of the fee.

As far as the exemptions or relaxations for SC/ST category candidates in the case of Odisha Civil Services examination is concerned, then those are mentioned below :-

* Upper age limit relaxation by 5 years.

* Exemption from application fee payment.

* Exemption from number of limits which means that SC/ST category candidate can apply for the Odisha Civil Services examination as long as he/she satisfies the eligibility criteria.

* Relaxation in qualification marks due to the reservation policy.

There are seven attempts for OBC candidates in Odisha Public Service Commission. On the other hand, there is no limit on number of attempts for candidates belonging to SC/ST category.
