ISRO has recently released the notification for the recruitment of engineers/ scientist post. You are interested to know about the exam pattern and syllabus for Electronics discipline.

Exam Pattern: The written exam consists of 80 questions which are to be solved in 90 minutes of duration. Each correct answer fetches 3 marks while each incorrect answer has a penalty of 1 mark.

>>Basically the questions in the written exam come from your core subjects which you have studied in your B.Tech course. Besides this, Following are the important subjects which you have to prepare deeply for scoring better marks in the exam:

--Digital Circuits

--Analog Devices

--Communication System

--Radar System and Antennas

--Microwave Theory

>>In my opinion you have to go through the previous year paper so that you have an idea about the level of difficulty and also weightage of each subject. Below are the attachments regarding the previous year paper of ISRO of electronics discipline.
