Sir, I am being retired from Army service in the rank of honorary Lieutenant on 31 Dec 2018 after completion of 30 years service from chief clerk. I have served as head clerk/ chief clerk in the Army since last 15 years.

Here are some of the job requirements for retired Honorary Lieutenant Clerk Staff Duty:

> Age Limit: The maximum age limit for re-employment of retired personnel is 58 years. However, this age limit may vary based on the requirement and policy of the organization.

> Educational Qualification: Retired Honorary Lieutenant Clerk Staff Duty must have passed their Matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognized board.

> Experience: They should have worked as a clerk in the Indian Army and must have retired in the rank of Honorary Lieutenant Clerk Staff Duty.

> Skills: They should be proficient in clerical tasks such as data entry, typing, record-keeping, and maintenance of files and registers.

> Physical Fitness: They must be medically fit to carry out the duties assigned to them.

> Security Clearance: They should be able to obtain a security clearance from the authorities.

Candidates should have prior experience working in a clerical role within the military or a related organization.

Proficiency in computer applications and software relevant to clerical work is typically required.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are important for effective interaction with superiors, colleagues, and external contacts.

Candidates should be able to maintain accuracy and completeness while handling paperwork and administrative tasks.

Candidates must have ability to handle confidential information appropriately and maintain proper documentation.

Ex -Servicemen, Retired is having quota in all central govt services and certain state government services ,N C C and even in banks.Apply as and when advertisements come .

There are vacancies in Security Departments of banks and security agencies.

For security of currency chests of RBI established in various bank ,there is preference for Ex-Servicemen as security guards

Those who want job after 20 years of service and want job they have to register with Employment Exchange of concerned state govts

For other jobs Ex-Servicemen must register with Director of Settlement (R)of Defense in the state or region concerned.
