If you have Post Grade Degree in Statistics/Applied Statistics/Mathematical Statistics from a recognized University, then only you can apply for Indian Statistical Examination, which is conducted by UPSC every year.
If you have studies Statistics as a full subject during your M.Sc Maths, then apply you can surely apply for this examination. If you are able to clear the written and interview then definitely you will become a officer. The age limit for this examination is 21 to 30 years. There is age relaxation for SC/ST, OBC and Physically handicapped candidates. For more information visit http://upsc.gov.in/general/ies-iss.htm |
