Minimum qualification required for becoming a Naval Pilot in Indian Navy?
Dear Sir,
I aspire to become a Naval Pilot in Indian Navy after completing my graduation in Engineering. I want to know about the minimum qualification required for becoming one. Please reply. Thank You |

Male candidates can apply for both pilot and observer entries, but female candidates can apply only for observer entry.
Educational Qualification required for Indian Navy Recruitment as Pilot/ Observer : B.E./B.Tech degree with 60% marks for Pilot entry and 55% for observer entry in any discipline with Physics and Mathematics at 12th standard. Candidate should have completed their degree course at the time of applying. Final year/semester appearing candidates are not eligible. Age Limit : For General Candidates (with no CPL) : 19-24 years (i.e. born between 02 January 1992 and 01 January 1997) For Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) Holders :19-25 Years (i.e. Born between 02 January 1991 and 01 January 1997) |

Minimum qualification required for becoming a Naval Pilot in Indian Navy :
Candidate must have passed graduation in Physics or Mathematics or Bachelor of Engineering from any recognised university. Age of candidate must be from 19 to 22 years. |

Minimum Qualification:
-Citizen of India -Should be a aeronautical Engineer with 70 % marks -Should have cleared the Physical standards required by them. |
