I am planning to appear for the ESIC staff nurse entrance. So i need complete information about the exam pattern. Please guide me regarding this.

The Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) recruits the candidates for the post of LDC, Staff nurse and Pharmacist jobs.

The candidate should qualify in the written examination in order to select for the various posts in ESIC.

The exam pattern for the recruitment exam is given below.

EXAM PATTERN :

The exam paper generally contains two papers i.e., Paper I and Paper II.

Paper I :

This paper consists of four parts i.e., Numerical Ability, English Language, General Intelligence and General Awareness. Each paper consists of 50 marks in which the questions are of MCQ type. The duration of the exam is two hours.

Paper II :

This paper is based on Computer Skill Test which comprises of 50 marks.

The candidate who are qualified in the Paper I are eligible to write Paper II.The duration of this paper is 30 minutes.

Computer Skill test consists of three parts. They are given below.

* Preparation of Powerpoint presentation - 10 marks.

* Typing a letter/ passage/ paragraph with 150-200 words in MS word - 20 marks.

* Preparation of Table/ Data base in MS Excel - 20 marks.
