If one as govt job he can apply for another job (like S.I of police ) if it so how do i can apply to another job please give me answer

Yes, you can apply.
But government employee has to produce a Non-Objection certificate from your department as demanded by in the application form.

If you don't do so, then your application will be rejected even if you have cleared the exam/ interview.
Some departments alo have bond condition to serve for minimum time period, so take care of all these responsibilities before applying for new job.

Yes friend definitely a government employee can apply for the another government jobs. But he/she would take a "No Objection certificate" from his/her previous or current department, than he/she can join the another government sector jobs.
