Pay scale allotted to Constables in Assam Police?


Respected Sir/Madam, Can I know the job role of Constable at Assam Police? I have applied in Assam Police recruitment and now I want to know about the pay scale for this particular post under this recruitment. Waiting for your response!

As per the advertisement released for Assam Police Constable recruitment, the selected candidates will be placed in the Pay Scale of Rs. 14000-49000/-, with Grade pay of Rs 5600.00(Pay Band-II).

Pay scale allotted to Assam Police Constable recruitment is Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 49,000 with Grade Pay Rs. 5,600 per month.

Vacancies are available in Assam Police Constable recruitment is 6662 posts. Organization-wise vacancies details:

For Un-Armed Branch: 1851 + 540 posts.

For Armed Branch: 3643 + 628 posts.
