Candidates will be paid rupees 60000-180000 during the one year training period. On successful completion of training, they will be observed as Engineers.

Selected candidates will be required to execute a service agreement Bond to successfully complete the prescribed training period and thereafter serve the organisation for at least three years.
The bond amount is Rs 1,00,000/- for Gen/EWS) OBC candidates and Rs. 50,000/- for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
