Then have to click on "Apply Online".
After that have to fill the registration form and get the login credentials.
Then upload the scanned photograph, signature and pay the examination fee.

Then fill all the particulars details which is required.
After filling the relevant data "Submit" the form.
Take the print out for future reference.
