Respected Sir/Madam, I belongs to SC category and I want to apply in ECIL Junior Technical Officer recruitment. Can I know what kind of relaxation is available for me in this recruitment? Please help me to know about this.

>> For Junior Technical Officer on Contract - 28 years (upper age)

28 years is the upper age limit as on 31st August, 2018. Yes, there will be relaxation or reservation or concessions for candidates belonging to ST/ SC/ PWD and OBC category candidates as per the government directives. As far as my best knowledge is concerned, upper age limit for SC category candidates is 33 years.

Upper Age limit (as on 31.08.2018) to apply for Junior Technical Officer recruitment in ECIL should not exceed 28 years. Relaxation for reserved category candidates are as follows.

For SC/ST: 5 years

For OBC: 3 years

For PWD category: 5 more years relaxation

Candidates must have passed B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics / Mechanical/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electrical & Electronics and Computer Science to be eligible. Candidates having a relevant post qualification industrial experience of 1 - 2 years will be an added advantage.
