Hello friends, I have done BTech in Electrical Engineering and I want to apply in BSPHCL recruitment for the post of Assistant Electrical Engineer. Can I eligible to apply for this post? If yes, then please let me know about the selection procedure also.

Candidates who are interested to apply for BSPHCL Assistant Electrical Engineer recruitment, will have to appear for a written examination. Candidates who gets shortlisted in the examination, will then have to appear for a personal interview for the final selection.

The selection of candidates for the post of BSPHCL Assistant Electrical Engineer will be done based on the merit of the candidate’s GATE examination scores.

You should have passed full time 4 years Engineering Degree BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics with minimum aggregate of 60% (relaxation applicable for reserved category) marks from a recognised college/ university.

Selection process of Assistant Electrical Engineer in BSPHCL :

<> Based on written test OMR based

<> Qualifying marks for Gen is 40% ,OBC is 36% and for SC/ST is 34.5%.

<> You should have completed four year full time graduation B.E/B.Tech from the recognized university with minimum 60% of marks.

<> Minimum age is 21 years

<> Maximum Age is 50 years

<> Application fee of Rs.1000/- for Gen category and Rs.250/- for SC/ST category students.

Selection of candidates under BSPHCL Assistant Electrical Engineer recruitment would be on the basis of written exam (Paper based). The minimum qualifying marks is 40% for general category, 36.5% for BC, 34% for EBC and 32% for SC/ST/Female/PHP candidates. Candidates must have done 4 years duration of Engineering Degree like BE/ B.Tech or B.Sc.(Engg.) in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics with at least 60% marks (50% in case of SC/ST and 55% in case of BC/EBC category)*from any recognized university to be eligible to apply for BSPHCL Assistant Electrical Engineer recruitment.

Selection procedure :-

1) You will be selected on the basis of marks obtained by you in PAPER
BASED WRITTEN EXAM (OMR Based).

2) You have to pass the exam for being shortlisted. A combined merit list will
be prepared for shortlisted candidate. After being shortlisted, you will be
called for interview for documents or certificate verification.
