Hello, I am interested to apply and get promotion through IBPS RRB Senior Manager recruitment. But I don’t know about the selection procedure. Can you help me to know about the selection procedure. Waiting for your response!

Selection procedure for IBPS RRB Senior Manager Recruitment 2018 : The IBPS board is going to conduct online examination and interview process for all candidates who apply for Senior Manager post in RRB Scale III so candidates should be aware of this process :

Online examination : Online examination will be conducted by the board on given dates decided by IBPS and that date of exam will be intimated through call letters of the candidates so you must be ready for online examination in which you have to clear every single section or subject asked in given time means every subject has its own cut-off marks and you have to secure minimum qualifying marks in each subject then only you will be able for further process.

Online examination will be of objective type pattern which carries 200 questions for 200 marks and overall qualifying marks including sectional marks is required to be maintained by the candidate then only he/she will be called for interview process and there will be following subjects asked in examination :

>> Reasoning Ability - 40 questions for 50 marks
>> Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation - 40 questions for 50 marks
>> English Language - 40 questions for 40 marks
>> Hindi Language - 40 questions for 40 marks
>> Financial Awareness - 40 question for 40 marks
>> Computer Knowledge - 40 questions for 20 marks

Candidates can choose any one of the Hindi or English language in the examination means both languages are optional and any one should be solved by the candidate in exam so total 200 marks will be there for selection and you have to get marks as many as possible.

Penalty for wrong answers will be 0.25 for each wrong choice so be careful while solving this examination and if you clear this test then you will be called for interview process as per list of qualified candidates of online exam.

Interview process will be conducted on given dates by the board and interview process will carry 100 marks out of which minimum 40% marks should be secured by the candidates of general category and 35% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates. The relative weightage of CWE and interview will be 80:20 respectively for officers cadre. The combined final score of the candidate shall be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in online main examination.

While interview, candidates have to present all their respected educational qualification certificates in original, identity proof, Call Letter for Interview, Application form of online exam, Caste Certificate (for reserved category candidates), experience certificate etc.

The selection process of a Senior Manager is done based on "Single Level Examination" and the examination pattern is given below.

A) Reasoning Ability - 40 Questions - 50 Marks

B) Quantitative Aptitude and DI - 40 Questions - 50 Marks

C) Financial Awareness - 40 Questions - 40 Marks

D) Hindi/ English Language (Choose one language) - 40 Questions - 40 Marks

E) Computer Awareness - 40 Questions - 20 Marks
