I just qualified Police Constable exam; it was my dream to do. So, I worked for it but now I know that I have Hepatitis B. Should I go for medical test or not? It really means a lot for me.

Sorry to say that but according to my knowledge you are not going to qualify Police Constable medical test.
As because in medical test candidate should be fully fit either it is physically or mentally.
If there will be any minor defect you will be disqualified in medical test. And you are suffering from Hepatitis B then in this case you will not qualify this test.
