Hello, I have applied for MT test of sail. But I don’t get any material regarding sail test .please tell me how would I prepare for its hr questions?

The syllabus for the SAIL MT exam consists of five sections which are given below.

* Technical Section related to the branch of educational qualification.

* Reasoning.

* Vocabulary.

* Quantitative aptitude.

* General Knowledge.

BOOKS :

* Reasoning - R S Agarwal.

* Current Affairs by Manoram yearbook.

* Quantitative aptitude by R S Agarwal.

* General knowledge by Magazines and newspapers.

The candidates who are qualified in the written exam are selected for the Group discussion and then to Personal Interview.

The total standard of the candidate is known in the final stage. Most of the questions are asked from the concerned field. The interview is also based on the Personality attributes.
