In order to apply for the training/internship in winter in Kolkata, you will first of all have to keep an eye on the dates announced for training and should apply for it as soon as possible.

The procedure is quite simple, you just need to fill in the application form and provide the required details asked for and if you fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria, you will be very much allowed to get admission in the course.
