I’m student of the BA LLB & my question is last year I was given exam & one subject is not clear then second time is cleared. So, I'm eligible for JMFC entrance.

Eligibility Criteria Required for JMFC Entrance Examination:

There is a certain eligibility criteria required to apply for JMFC Entrance Exam.

>> The basic educational qualification required is LLB from a recognized university.

>> You must have minimum 3 years of work experience in order to be eligible.

>> As you have finally cleared the subject, you are eligible to apply for this recruitment.

To appear for JMFC (Judicial Magistrate First Class) exam the candidate should have completed his bachelor degree in law stream and the age should be in between 20-25 years. The candidate should be Indian national. The candidate should have minimum three years of experience as Attorney or Advocate and the maximum age for Attorney or Advocate or Pleader is 35 years. That candidate who has successfully cleared the preliminary exam will have to seat for the mains exam if passed then have to face personal interview.

Yes, you are eligible for JMFC exam.

JMFC stands for JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE FIRST TRACK COURT.

Those candidates who have completed LLB course from a recognized university with above 55% marks are eligible for JMFC exam.

Your age should be in between 21 to 35 years.

In Ist Semister one gets 35 marks in one subject and passed Ist year with more than 55%marks and later on cleared LLB by 58% whether eligible?
