Physical Fitness Test (PFT) will consist of 1.6 Km run which has to be completed in 7 minutes, 20 squats and 10 Push-ups.
The physical requirements to fulfill by the Indian Navy aspirant is given below:- 1)Height:-157cms 2)Weigh:-Should be proportionate 3)Chest:-Expansion of 5 cm |
