First of all for becoming a Judge, you need to first become a respected lawyer. Once you have served for many years in High court or any level court as a lawyer, you will have some chance of getting to that position.

You need to be excellent in your field to get to that position. Regarding PCS or IAS, you need to first pass graduation degree from a recognized university and then crack UPSC Civil services exam and interview to get such a job.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
