What are the responsibilities of a Deputy Collector in Jharkhand?
He is responsible for the collection of land revenue, other kinds of Government taxes, fees and all dues recoverable as arrears of land revenue. He is responsible for ensuring the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records of rights as regards the land. |

A deputy collector is in charge of collecting land revenue as well as any government taxes, levies, and any other obligations that can be recovered as unpaid land revenue arrears. He is in charge of making sure that all documentation regarding land rights is kept accurate and up to date.
