What is the scope of government job after B.Sc chemistry honors?
I just want ask that, is Bsc. have more value by doing it from delhi university and it have maximum scope for government jobs? Can you please provide me the details on this? Is it possible for me to get the job or not? What should I do?

To get government job after completion of your BSc Chemistry , you have to qualify the exam conducted by government authorities such as exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission, Ministry of Home Affairs, Staff Selection Commission, Railway Recruitment Board etc.
You can apply for the teaching job in private as well as government sector. |

Delhi University is one of the top universities in the country and there is ample scope after completion of course in this university. After completion of B.Sc. course from Delhi University, you can get job in :-
-Pharmaceutical Companies -Medical Research -Manufacturing and Processing Firms -Testing Laboratories -Technical Journals -Chemical Laboratories -Hospitals -Diagnostic Centers -Clinics -Biotech Companies etc under the government. -Seed and Nursery Schools -Agricultural Research Services -Educational Institutes Apart from this ,you can find jobs in Indian Railways, Nationalized Banks, LIC, post offices and telegraph centers.You can also become IAS and IPS officers.You can also enter into Indian Army,Navy and Air Force. After the successful completion of B. Sc. Chemistry, students can either opt for advanced studies or search for jobs in the related fields. There are plenty of opportunities which exist for the chemists in the present scenario. Almost every field in the world use chemicals as a part in some or other ways. So the need for chemists also is in high demand. There are several specializations in the field of chemistry. If you are no more interested in chemistry, you want to enter in business world then I would suggest you go for MBA.
