I want to apply and give IBPS exams. I want to know that Computer Qualification is necessary for giving IBPS exams? Waiting for your reply.

IBPS stands for the Institute of Banking Personal Selection and it conducts the examination for the selection of the candidates on the different posts in the banking sector.

The eligibility to appear for the bank PO and the Clerk examination is :-

* Candidates must have passed the graduation from the recognised university in any discipline.
* Candidates age must be between 20-28 for the Clerk and 20-30 for the PO relaxation on the age for the OBC and the SC/ST candidates.

No, there is no necessary requirement for computer training to appear in the examination. The IBPS PO application form is closed for the 2015 but for the Clerk it will be available from the 11th August upto 1st September 2015.

The examination is conducted in the written as well as in Interview and the candidates have to qualify in both of these for the final selection.

No, Computer Qualification is mandatory to apply for IBPS exams.
Candidate who have completed graduation can apply for IBPS exams.
If candidate have done some computer course then it will be beneficial for him but it is not compulsory.

No, computer qualification is not mandatory for IBPS PO and clerk exam.

Only those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for IBPS PO and clerk exam.

For IBPS po exam, your age should be 20 to 30 years.

For IBPS clerk exam, your age should be 20 to 28 years.

Yes Computer Knowledge is mandatory to apply for IBPS Examinations. Computer Knowledge sections is one of the parts or sections available in IBPS Related Entrance Examinations.
