Government job is mostly preferred because of job stability and less job pressure.

So, these private institutes pertaining to 1)engineering, 2)MBA, 3)Law, 4)B.ed etc are not giving qualitative training as a results most of youths from these institutions could not able to get reasanable job in private sector.

For this reason most of the students are moving towards Government Job.
