There is a certain limit to which the grace marks can be provided. Generally the limit is 4-5 marks depending on the circumstances.
You cannot get as many grace marks as you want. Since you have not given the maximum marks, the passing marks and the obtained marks, I cannot tell you whether you can get the grace marks or not but if you fall in th limit, then definitely you can get them. |

Ideally you should. You have not mentioned which year you are in. I used to head the exam dept in a pvt university and there was a rule in the Univ by which a student could write an application to the Exam Head at the Univ or to the Vice Chancellor stating the status of marks if there was a backlog in only one subject.
If such a student has got a job offer or admission into a PG college then a copy of the such a letter can be attached to the application and the students used to given grace marks to pass. Additionally you can file for re-evaluation and a Xerox copy of the answer sheet if you doubt your marks, this is the new rule under RTI. Always ask admin staff for the rule book in case you have a doubt or read your handbook, rules are usually mentioned there. |
