Is B.Tech is equivalent to BA (Hons), B.SC (Hons) & B. Com (Hons)?

Nothing is equivalent to BTech.
BTech is the best bachelor degree you can have. You can do diploma in engineering course but even that wont be equal to a B.Tech degree.

There are many other courses in science stream like -
BSc
BCA
B. Pharma
and many more but BTech is above all and promises a good salary if you do from a good college.

No B.tech is not equivalent to Honours degree from university.
Since the main difference lies in the duration of course like degree courses are of 3 yrs duration whereas B.tech is of 4 year duration.

Degree course doesn't make you industry ready whereas B.tech makes you industry ready and teaches you from the engineering perspectives of knowledge.

No, BTech is not equivalent to BA Hons, BSc Hons and BCom Hons because in BTech you can study all subjects but in Hons degree you have to read only one subject.

As far as degree level is concerned all B.A.(Hons.), B.Sc.(Hons.), B.Com (Hons.) and B.Tech degree are equivalent and are bachelor degree level (i.e; graduation degree level) but that does not mean these are equivalent in all respects as all these degree courses are degree courses in different specialization.
