Is CA (Inter) considered equivalent to Graduation for UPSC?

Until you become a certified CA you will not be equivalent to a graduate if you don't have any other degree. Merely CA inter qualification is not equal to graduation.

Therefore, if you want to appear for UPSC exams then toy have to either complete CA final or complete any other degree program.

No, CA Intermediate course is not equivalent to Graduation. Chartered Accountant course is a Four years Professional course which is totally different from Graduation program. So, please don't compare CA Intermediate with Graduation. With CA Intermediate qualification you are not eligible for UPSC exam. It is mandatory that must complete Graduation or its equivalent qualification to be eligible for UPSC exam.

No, CA inter is not equivalent to a graduation degree for UPSC exam..CA inter course is a inter having two groups with 7 papers in it..
UPSC exam eligibility criteria are as follows :

*The candidates should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognize university.
*The age limit is 21 - 30 years, There is a age relaxation for reserved candidates.
*The final year students can also apply for this exam.
*The candidates should be a citizen of India.
