Respected Sir, I am a Commerce stream student and I want to apply for National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) entrance exam. I want to know whether a Commerce stream student apply for NIFT entrance exam or not? Please answer as soon as possible.

Yes, candidates passed 12th with commerce stream are eligible to appear for entrance examination conducted by NIFT.

The candidates passed 12th with any stream are eligible to appear for entrance examination to get admission in B.Des ( Bachelor of Design ) course.

The maximum age limit to appear for examination is 23 years as on 31st October of year of appearing for examination.

National Institute of Fashion technology entrance examination is conducted for Bachelor of Design course and Bachelor of Fashion Technology course.

The eligibility criteria for Bachelor of Design course is that candidate must have done 10+2 or appearing for board exams. The qualification for Bachelor of Fashion technology course is that you must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at 10+2 level.

Being a commerce stream candidate, you can apply for NIFT entrance examination for Bachelor of Design course. Your age must not be more than 23 years on 1st October, 2017.
