Hi Sir, my college name is Guru Gobind Singh engineering. I got admission in direct second year 1st semester? I want to change that college because it has no potential and also due to uneven environment. Is there any need of paying fees of remaining 2 year? Can I get admission in other college?

Yes, you can change your college but not in the second year you have to wait for the next year. You can take admission into 3rd year. So bear with that college for some more time, then change it.

Transfer is provided only of there is some very important valid point, just by saying that the environment is not good, I am not sure whether your college will approve it or not. However, you should first of all talk to your Institutional head if you are really facing some issues in college and if still not solved, you can then apply for transfer in another college stating proper reasons for it.

If you are just admitted now in the second year of Engineering through lateral entry, then you can change your College at this instant by applying in another College which offers lateral entry process. But if you have completed a year in that College, then it is not possible to change the College. You need to complete your degree from that College only.
