			Can i choose Botany as an optional subject in IPS exam being a Pure Science graduate? Am I eligible to become IPS Officer having R/S-6/9 and L/S-6/12 eyesight?

I have completed my B.Sc(Pure Science) from Vidyasagar University. But I can choose any optional subject Botany in IPS exam? And my Medical standard eye R/S-6/9 and L/S-6/12. I want to become an IPS OFFICER. So, I have started preparation for entrance exam. But please advice me for the optional subject and Medical standard for eye, please I need some help.
