I have appeared for B.Com (Bangalore university) 1st sem in November 2013 but later could not continue. I have paid the exam fee for 2nd sem and 3rd sem. Can I continue my degree in same college ?

Yes, you can continue your degree from the same college but again need to fill the application form & pay the fees. You paid the fees for 2nd semester and 3rd semester long time back, you can not continue with that. You have to start with 2016 session if the admission process is over then wait for next year.

For a degree there is a maximum time of 7 years allotted by most of the universities. If you got admission in 2013 then surely you can continue that same degree from now on.
Readmission will be available at the college where you got admission. Just visit the college and fill the form for readmission.

You cannot continue with your left behind studies back in the year 2013 as there is no such provision for it. You will however have to get admission in the course mentioned above from the very beginning and then only you can continue with your graduation further.
