No, you are not eligible for B.Ed course.

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed ) is one year Teaching professional course which is divided into two semester.

Bachelor's Degree in any subject with atleast 50% marks at graduate level or its equivalent qualification from a recognized university are eligible for B.Ed course.

You are not eligible for B.Ed with your graduation marks.
50% marks is asked for in almost all universities with 45% marks being set for SC/ST candidates.
There are some private universities which may allow you admission but having a degree from them will be more or less Useless.
With post graduation marks also if you wish to apply, then also graduation marks will be asked for in eligibility.

Minimum requirement for taking admission in any college for B.Ed is 50% in Intermediate Exam (12th) from any government recognised Board.

Even Institute like IGNOU

Graduation or Post-Graduation Degree with fifty per cent marks: Provided that the requirement of fifty per cent marks shall not apply to persons appointed as teachers prior to the commencement of the National Council for Teacher Education (Regulations Norms and Procedure) Second Amendment Regulations, 30.3.2010 and Gazette Notification dt. 26.7.2010.

The eligibility criteria for B.Ed. exam are as follows:-

-Candidate must have completed his/her graduation from the recognized university,
-Candidate must have a aggregate of 50% in their graduation.
-For SC/ST candidates there is a 5% relaxation in their graduation.
-There is no age limit for this test.

By considering your aggregate percentage in your graduation and the criteria, one thing is clear that you are not eligible for B.Ed.

I am sorry for that but you can go for your further studies in other streams which related your graduation stream.
