Quote:
Sorry, you are not eligible to study B.Tech Biotechnology in IP University, if you have not studied Mathematics as a subject in 10+2. The eligibility to study B.Tech (Biotechnology) in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is a pass in 12th class or equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology/Biotechnology along with English as a subject in 10+2. The admission to the B.Tech Biotechnology will be done through Common Entrance Test (CET) examination conducted by the University. So if you have not studied Mathematics in 10+2 then you are not eligible to study B.Tech Biotechnology in IP University. The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Prospectus PDF link is given below; |

For B.Tech biotechnology admission at IP university, you need to have maths along with PCB stream to become eligible for entrance exam.
Hence, if you haven't studied maths at class 12th level, then you have to look for admission in some other university. |

In order to get admission in Biotechnology course you should have completed your 12th with 55% marks in PCMB/Biotechnology subjects from a recognized board. You must have studied mathematics as one of your compulsory subjects in 12th. No college will give you admission if you haven't studied mathematics. However, I have attached a link below where you will be able to find the eligibility of biotech course offered in IP university.
