Hi everyone, can I know my eligibility to do BDS as I am a NIOS student of 12th Science so I will be able to do this course? I am interested in studying BDS so with my NIOS certificates I can pursue or not? Please let me know about this as soon as possible. Thank you!

BDS is Bachelor in Dental Surgery. It is five year ( including internship ) course.

The eligibility to get admission in the course is that candidate must have passed 12th with PCB as main paper and qualify in NEET examination.

So, you are eligible to appear for the examination after 12th from NIOS board as it is a recognised board and affiliated to Ministry of Education.

The minimum age limit is 17 years and maximum age limit is 25 years.

However, relaxation is given to reserved category students in upper is limit.

NIOS is a recognised board and is acceptable in every University of India.
