I have got 163730 rank in EAMCET Engineering
and I have National Participation Certificate in
Games, so which college I can get for B.Tech?

The rank you have obtained is very low. If it had been within the first 1000 people then you could have got a chance in a very good government engineering college. But your rank crossed 16,000, which means you might have to go out of state to study B.Tech. Getting admitted in a good engineering college requires only a good rank in the EAMCET or Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test. No special certificate in any game will help. You did not mention the state from where you belong. I could have suggested a few engineering colleges over there. Nevertheless, you might have to study in very costly private engineering colleges, which can be meaningless if you do not get a job at the end of your course.
So one better way is to go for general streams like B.Sc. in Electronics, or BCA, or B.Sc. in Radiology & Imaging Technology. These are better areas to study than to go for a B.tech. degree with 16,000 rank.
