Just for a while now I have been wanting to change my present college i,e. Patkai Christian College, Chumukedima to some affiliated college in Kohima which is supposed to get admitted in 3rd semester( Next Year ). Due to the care for my health which is not adjustable with warm area, I wonder is it possible to change my college? or is it good choice for my career and life personally?

No, it is not possible. You are allowed to switch colleges with in the same University, which is limited to a few universities.
However, if you want to change the university, you can do so by leaving only the current one.

There is no such possibility.

Students are allowed to change their stream or college within same University only after completion of 1st year of engineering.

You cannot change after getting registered in 3rd semester of Engineering.

You can change college in 3rd semester to another college but for this you must not have any active backlogs in 1st and 2nd semester. For this, you will have to fill up a requisite form that is required to change college. Form is available in the registrar's office.

There are options to change the college within the same university.

So, you can change it but not in college outside the university.
